step 2 - find secluded bench and prepare to release pmav - perpetual motion advertising vehicle.
step 3 - place folder next to you
step 4 - leave pmav to be found and deciphered.
a p-mav has interesting clues and information , alot of drawing equipment and art pens and pencils. it also has cryptic notes and clues. interesting things that give small clues for someone to try and locate you hopefully using the internet.
