Vineyard Quarter - ground broken - ready to build.

as a project goes through the processes various perimeters change due to council town planning requirements , SDP changes , civil adaptations and so on. if one starts the architectural model to early, one  needs to continuously update , update , update. a tedious affair - however i feel the process in this case has been worth it.

we are breaking ground on this project - the civil's are in and we can start the architectural phase - another massive push towards a set of homes, where  i would definitely love to live in one.
