QJD design studio - i8 units in Kylemore design

This development I have really enjoyed designing - the ethos is to create an amphi theatre in the middle of the development - the very strong colour coupled with the drama of the Simonsberg Mountains and the mountains surrounding kylemore - will act as an enhanced backdrop. The homes have taken strong inspiration from architecture and colour in the bo-kaap  and I have blended this with designing in each of the 18 units , its own cape Dutch style homestead fireplace and chimney. Which welds Cape Town’s cultures into the architecture – I am really hoping these units will attract artists and folk who can appreciate the capes wonderful history.  enjoying finr wine and music whilst the architecture and neighbors
