What if the focus of the design was to create a shadow of a ball that moved along the beach as the sun set during a few summer months of the year. This would dramatically create structures and shapes that would evolve from this exercise. It would change our inherited box like thinking and create a series of shapes not yet seen. Not yet imagined to accomplish this task. The shadow design process will determine the outcome of the buildings shape. Take architecture away from human thought and make it artistic task driven.
