I am fully aware that these 2 creative disciplines require far more dedication than I'm putting in at present. Although I'm reluctant to go on a 101 writing course. As per all creative endeavors i fear i might end up churning out the same type work as my instructors. My rough little interludes into the twisted tale and my poetic concepts can be found.

The science fiction story - arachnid sunrise, which gets updated every year or so with a new chapter every so often can be viewed at http://arachnidsunrise.blogspot.com/
I enjoy telling these little twist in the tale stories in particular Petrus's lesson and the bird whisperer. Writing the odd poem is a great way to spend an afternoon - The suburban fathers lament I'm sure resonates with any father trying to bring up children in a senselessly violent world.
Like all things whittled and created from raw fabric. The end product is secondary to the process. Im not here to make sense of my thoughts at the time to anyone. Or even worry overly much if i have permission to do what im endeavoring to do. These creative interludes into the unknown are for me to make sense of this life journey. I have learnt, waiting for permission to be creative will have you standing outside a door, on a path with no walls either side for years. So simply go round the closed door, the path beyond is the same if the door was to open. Believe me there are many who will not open that door for you. So simply go round it, permit yourself and go be wildly creative.
