Roughed out comic idea back from 1992

There are so  many conceptual ideas that i would like to take forward, if only i had the time.

Conceptual comic illustration is an individualistic thing im exploring. Many years ago i really wanted to go into graphic design - But now the concept of bringing graphic design into what im currently exploring in architectural bricks and mortar is exciting. It now means i dont have any pre-taught schooled ideas from other teacher comic artists. In other words the work is very raw. And to my mind because of that, its very naive, yes - but its  different.

Heres a few roughed out sketches of an idea i was playing around with 23 yrs ago or so. Im sure comic illustrators will bulk at its inefficiency and limited portrayal. But im not expressing my work for these elitists. Im not even expressing my work for you. (the 2 people who find there way to this obscure blog post) Its for my own drum beat and to be real, has made me not a cent. But when you translate your artistic design ideas into finance. As an artist you will always come up way short. Thats why art is individual and for the artist first. Everyone else is just looking in. Mostly those 99% of the 2 people looking in, dont care about your silly little exploritory sketches not even one little bit.

This is not what they say is pessimistic its realistic. Artists are sometimes to sensitive about other artists opinions. And as you know artists are full of these opinions. Especially about other artists work. Infact most artists are so opinionated about others work. They even stop doing work themselves. Incase their work exposes their own ability. Well im not opinionated about others work. If i dont resonate with it i simply dont look at it. But to buzz kill an artist is not my thing. But boy dont 3xpect that favor to be returned. Everyones a critic and your work will get the brunt of their eire.

Simply just keep sketching your own style stuff.
