Vineyard Quarter - Ground broken - Ready to build.

As a project goes through the processes various perimeters change due to council town planning requirements , SDP changes , civil adaptations and so on. If one starts the architectural cad drawings and model to early, one  needs to continuously update , update , update. It can be a tedious affair - however i feel the process in this case will be worth it. Ive tailored the plans of each of these VQ homes with the prospective buyer. It was a huge sculpting process. However the end product will be to my mind beautiful. 

The gates where an enjoyable design process.

We are breaking ground on this VQ project currently - the civil's are in and we can start the architectural phase - Another massive push towards a set of homes, where  i would definitely love to live in one.

We have had huge challenges from site perameters to environmental and designing conservancy tanks to pump upwards due to levels. A full array of very complicated planning challenges that weve overcome them all. I know each home very well. Its been a huge process.
