When you now see how seemlessly AI creates poetry and incredible artistic pictures, you go, oh well, why bother? My rudimentary hacks into the creative arena are hugely amatuerish in comparison to this remarkable creative tool.
Its at that exact moment you have completely forgotten what keeps you personally sane. What aligns your own tiny mind and defragments your brain is your own personal creative endeavor. So handing this artistic task or skill now over to something that appears to be far more advanced is the trap. You will shut your tiny little creative mind down and get artistic brain rot fungy mungus disease.
Im aware at present AI looks like its algorythmic logorythmic incredibly more advanced than anything we know. Heck the magician selling the elixir will tell you. Just like they told you breast milk was inferior to formula milk. Scientists sold a lie to boost profits and these same little stinkers will sell there own mother if necesary.
The seemless images of creative ideas are very powerful. The incredible poems and word images stolen from a billion amateur now dead poets over time is remarkable looking. Yes. But we dont see the painstaking emotions behind the AI stolen words as its a machine not dripping in its own blood, tears and snot experience. Its dodder over the backbone.
Plagerism is king and king is boss right now. However i dont do art to purely showcase my own ability. I do creative endeavor to also keep me sane. The process of creative thought is what our minds where meant to do. So now if we dumb ourselves down and give this important task over to what appears to be a more advanced creative entity. We lose site of what makes you fundamentally you. Yes the ooo and aahs of look at what AI did is instant cocaine. But i know its not sustainable for me. So i will use AI but i will also use my own tiny mind and raw abilities. No it wont be as polished if its all mine. But the therapy process will help me keep sane In this current world of phoney is tops.
Dont ever stop your poetry, your artistic endeavor, your creative ability. Keep pushing your art, because ultimately its what will keep you sane. Losing sight of this we lose sight of ourselves.
