Currently there are 2 very different streams of intelligence and thought processes.
(1) Human biological engineering "Thinking." A real human "THINKS." A "Thinking" cognitive outcome is from a human biological mind.
(2) Artificial intelligence "Thunking!" An AI "THUNKS!" This is an algorythmic data harvested instant retrievel intelligence process.
the 2 different processes are simply not the same or equal in measure. This is the big con of creativity that threatens to shut biological creative human thought down completely .
AI is sold as a super intelligence which supercedes human biological mind cognitive creative thought. To name a process is very important to what people understand as the outcome & how we view what intelligence really can be. The naming was incorrect to my mind as AI. Artificial zprocess, Calculative Data Assimilation? When comparing biological human thinking to AI's process. We have imaginative "Thinking" & data harvisted retrieval "Thunking". To "Thunk" is after the human biological "Think" has already been completed. And the huge library of human driven creative data is now available for retrieval and unashamed harvisting by AI.!
To "Think" is a biological human endeavor, to "thunk" is an AI data retrieval process. AI is a data harvisted retrievel system "thunk" shows all the human biological creative information "Thinking" has already been done by us biological engineers over thousands of years. And AI is now stitching a million cognitive human creative thoughts together in calculator speed. I admire a calculator for doing what i cant do in the same time. Complex calculations in mere seconds. I dont believe a calculator is a sentient intelligence. I understand its a very helpful tool to help me calculate. AI is the same type of tool for me. It enhances the imagination , it doesn't replace my imaginative ability. I will still work on improving my own minds eye creative conceptualization ability. And my artistic designs through rough sketches.
At present & completely unbeknown or even noticed by many of my biological human colleagues. Artificial Intelligence is rapidly painting human creative imaginative endeavor all the same colour. There is a difference between enhancing our imaginative designs. & completely giving over our imagination. I will always put AI second, i will retain my own imagination even while using AI as a tool. The huge danger to my mind is those without any artistic imagination & skills or any creative ability or no design ideas now all put AI first. A plethora of copy con artists all "Thunking" together. Data harvisting all the already done over thousands of years "Thinking" as their very own creative work.
So in the near future when all biological engineers or real human artistic expressive individuality is painted the same colour by AI "Thunking". When individual creative artistic human thought and imagination is outlawed by the drone temple AI council of human endeavor. And all biological human thought engineers imaginative efforts are superceded by Artificial Intelligence "Thunk!" A few biological synaptic human brain engineers will still have the ability to be artistically, creatively imaginative. Simply just keep pushing your individual art, designs and creativity in the face of all this "Thunking".
Im not against AI enhancing my renders, im not against AI as a very powerful tool helping with my graphics. Im all for individual creative endeavor. What i feel is phoney, is those who have no singing voice, no musical talent, no practiced musical ability at all, using AI to sell the idea they are wonderfully musically gifted. When AI using "Thunking" has done 99% of the propping up of the persons ptojected by AI musical ability. I find that fake and fraudulent and some people have no shame doing it. Its like paying someone to write a book for you and slapping your name all over it. Siesman!!
